AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS WANTED

$35–$65 FLAT RATE PER HOUR + EFFICIENCY BONUS

We are looking for experienced, motivated Automotive Technicians to join our team. We are seeking technicians who take pride in their work, understand the importance of quality repairs, and want the opportunity to increase their earnings through experience, manufacturer training, certifications, and productivity.

Stellantis experience is preferred, but experienced technicians from other domestic brands are encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and communicate repair needs with Service Advisors
• Perform quality inspections and test drives before returning vehicles to customers
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and provide repair estimates
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Complete repair orders and required paperwork accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Maintain required Stellantis training standards
• Complete additional manufacturer training as new models and technologies are introduced
• Perform test drives safely and in accordance with applicable speed limits and traffic laws
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experienced Technicians

• Minimum 2 years of automotive technician/line technician experience preferred
• Stellantis experience preferred but not required
• Experienced technicians with other domestic automotive experience are encouraged to apply
• Driveability, electrical, suspension, and general repair experience valued
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Must provide your own technician tools
• Dealership provides required Stellantis special tools for recalls and service bulletins

Master Technicians

Master Technicians should have applicable Master Technician certification and completed manufacturer training certificates required for their specific manufacturer.

Training & Career Development

Technicians who have completed Stellantis Phase 2 or Phase 3 training may qualify for higher earning potential.

Technicians are expected to continue their professional development by completing additional manufacturer training as new models, systems, and technology are introduced.

A State Inspector License is a plus and may provide additional earning potential.

LICENSE & EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license required
• Must have a good driving record and be insurable
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening, including MVR, drug screening, and background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands of this position include regularly standing, walking, using hands to handle tools and equipment, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.

The position may require lifting or moving up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

At our dealership, you won't be on your own. Our shop includes a full-time Shop Foreman who is available to assist, train, and support technicians. We provide the manufacturer-required special tools and pay for required manufacturer training, giving our technicians the resources they need to succeed.
