We are a growing company and are looking for talented, experienced extended warranty and general accounting clerk to join our team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Process extended warranty and insurance products new business contracts
• Process the aftermarket products and monthly reconciliation worksheet.
• Maintains the schedules related to extended warranty/insurance, sublet, and credit cards.
• Compiles with federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information
• Back up Billing Clerk when needed
• Other duties that may be assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Prior automotive dealership experience a plus
• Must be detailed oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
• Competent with computers, spreadsheets, and a calculator; willing to learn onsite system 
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Organize reports and reconciliations 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must pass drug test and extensive criminal background screening
• Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
