Business Development Center Consultants have been arranged as a convenience for prospective customers who are are in need of servicing their vehicles for repairs and maintenance.
As a BDC representative of the Service Department your primary focus will be to provide our customers with pricing of those services needed, checking the manufacturer for open safety recalls, prospecting through outbound calls, following up on special order parts, scheduling a reservation date and alternate transportation if needed. It is imperative to treat our clients with kindness and respect by ensuring that each customer engagement is not only friendly but educational on what servicing needs their Honda requires. Gillman Honda's goal is to provide our clients with "Excellent" service through each and every interaction to ensure lifetime relationships for long term customer retention and high Customer Satisfaction Scores.
Training will be provided to prepare the new associate in all aspects of the position prior to dealings with the customer base to ensure confidence and a great opportunity for success! REQUIREMENTS:
Retail, Sales & Customer Service related experience background (Automotive preferred)
Computer skilled individual who works well in a very fast pace, team environment
Schedule Work Days Monday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday 10-7 pm and Saturday 8-5 pm
High School Graduate preferred
Bilingual strongly preferred
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening to include drug screen, MVR and criminal background check
