PART-TIME MAINTENANCE

M-F 28 HOURS PER WEEK/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

 

Essential Functions of Position:

Maintains floors and other surfaces by waxing, polishing and vacuuming equipment

Performs all general cleaning duties in assigned work area such as offices, lobbies, lounges and restrooms by dusting, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping and vacuuming using approved procedures, materials & equipment

Inspects assigned area to ensure compliance w/ department standards; assures security; reports deficiencies

Replenishes dispensers for such items as soap, hand towels and toilet tissue in assigned area

Properly disposes of all refuse such as paper, glass, pressurized cans, isolated trash and other items by depositing in appropriate receptacles through specified procedures

Cleans and maintains all receptacles, replaces them with proper size, type and color of plastic liners as needed

Moves equipment/furniture as needed

May perform other routine duties assigned such as: Moving and delivering materials throughout the facility; sanitizing furniture with approved materials through specified procedures

Establishes and maintains courteous, cooperative relations when interacting with other personnel, vendors, and the public

Perform additional duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 

Must be eligible to work in the US

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include extensive criminal background check, MVR, and drug test

Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
