Billing Clerk

We currently have an opportunity available for a Billing Specialist. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard.

Billing Specialist

The purpose of the Billing Specialist is to process car deals by verifying completeness of documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Verifies Finance and Insurance (F&I) data to documents
• Maintains error logs
• Reconciles inventory schedules as assigned on a weekly and monthly basis
• Reconciles and completes sales consultant payroll semi-monthly
• Verifies Finance and Insurance (F&I) logs to accounting data before month-end
• Processes rebates
• Attends weekly department meetings
• Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Controller and Assistant Controller

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and a minimum of six month dealership billing clerk experience.
