Our dealerhip is growing fast, and we are looking for a high performance experienced automotive Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you will own:

• Deal structuring  - Build clean, profitable deals that support both customer satisfaction and store performance
• Lender relationships  Maintain strong connections with banks, credit unions, and captive lenders
• Menu presentation - Deliver transparent, confident product presentations that boost acceptance rates
• Compliance oversight - Ensure every deal meets federal, state, local, and dealership standards
• PVR & product penetration - Drive measurable improvements in finance performance metrics
• Cross-department collaboration- Work closely with sales leadership to streamline the customer journey
• Deliver a high professional customer experience with every customer
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager
