Gillman Chevrolet GMC of San Benito is looking for a motivated, customer-focused BDC Agent to join our growing team. This role is critical to our sales success by handling inbound/outbound leads, setting quality appointments, and creating great first time imperssions for our customer over the phone and in person!

JOB RESPONSILITIES:

  • Handle inbound internet, phone, and text leads promptly
  • make outbound follow-up calls,text, and emails to unsold prospects and prior customers
  • Set and Confirm showroom appointments
  • MEET or EXCEED appointment show and set goals
  • provide a professional, friendly customer experience
  • work close with sales staff and sales managers

PAY STRUCTURE (PERFORMANCE-BASED)

  • Hourly base pay secured
  • appointment show bonus
  • vehicle sold bonus
  • MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES: based on appointment shows, sales, and quality follow-up proccess 

TOP PERFORMERS EARN MORE- This role rewards consistency, accountability, and results!!

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication skills (Phone, text, email)

CONFIDENCE on the phone COMFORTABLE making outbound calls

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to follow processes and scripts

CRM experience preffered (but not required)

Retail, Sales & Customer Service related experience background (Automotive preferred)

Computer skilled individual who works well in a very fast pace, team environment

High School Graduate preferred

Bilingual strongly preferred

Must be eligible to work in the US

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening to include drug screen, MVR and criminal background check
