Roles and Responsibilities:  

 

o Manage website chat for sales departments.   

o Set up sales appointments. 

o Send vehicle of interest links so customers can review photos and prices.    

o Answer customer questions and gather contact information.   

o Use Gifs, emojis, and test drive videos to create excitement about inventory. 

o Review all dealership incomplete activities.  

o Send Emails and Texts to each customer who has not been followed up with.   

o Create a sense of urgency on the vehicle of interest.   

  • Answer questions that were missed by sales staff or BDC.   
  • Send video or pictures of the vehicle of interest.   
  • Offer incentives and discounts if needed.   
  • Send links to other similar units available in stock.   
  • Set appointment.   

o Send confirmation text and email to all scheduled appointments.    

 

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one, and online are a must.  
  • Proficient in basic math and writing skills.  
  • Proven customer service track record or obvious desire to provide next-level customer service.  
  • Comfortable in a high-paced, competitive environment (all while ENJOYING your job!!!).  
  • Pass drug testing, background investigation/interview, and pre-employment assessment.
