Business Development Center Consultants have been arranged as a convenience for prospective customers who are researching vehicles, pricing and availability in the digital marketplace. Business Development Center Consultants assist in streamlining the entire research-purchase-ownership process of our prospect's next vehicle. The primary focus is being the prospect's first friendly, memorable and outgoing Gillman Subaru Houston contact point before the initial showroom visit and then the primary goal becomes cultivating/coordinating appointments with them. The main objective of the position is to encourage bringing new business prospects into the show room which can lead to increasing sales opportunities, growth and eventually client retention for the company.
Training will be provided to prepare the new associate in all aspects of the position prior to dealings with the customer base to ensure confidence and a great opportunity for success!
Retail, Sales & Customer Service related experience background (Automotive preferred)
Computer skilled individual who works well in a very fast pace, team environment
High School Graduate preferred
Bilingual strongly preferred
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening to include drug screen, MVR and criminal background check
