Gillman Honda San Benito is now hiring candidates to join our Internet Sales Department team as internet sales consultants. This position requires dealing with leads generated by our internet sales initiatives including our website, search engine marketing efforts, Honda website, Truecar, Edmunds, Autotrader and their affiliates, as well as other sources.
The internet sales consultant is expected to handle up to 100 leads per month which should produce the sale of 13-18 units on a monthly basis
We have the support, process, customer base, and technology in place... all we are missing is YOU!
Internet leads have grown year over year and we need to plan for 20% higher lead volume. Due to staff changes and expansion, we will hire up to three (3) talented individuals to work directly with our Honda new and used car clients, as well as our General Manager and Sales Management team to ensure no sales opportunity is missed and all leads are responded to in a consistent, professional manner.
The internet sales consultant position will need the ability to handle a "start-to-finish" sales process in a significant load of high-quality, paid and organic internet leads with a high-end clientele. This position requires the complete skill set of an efficient new and used car salesperson and the ability to handle 50+ phone calls and 50+ emails per day.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
Responsible & Detail Oriented
Computer Literate
Spanish is a plus not a must
Excel & Word Experience preferred
Must have a smartphone
Must be eligible to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug test, and criminal background check
