Used Car Sales Manager
Our Dealership is seeking an experienced, energetic Used Car Sales Manager. We are looking for an individual with proven success, with the ability to deliver a superior customer buying experience. A leader with integrity who maintains a teamwork mentality and develops their sales team toward continued success. If you have the ability to work within high standards, the ambition to achieve aggressive goals and grow within our organization, we want to meet with you. An aggressive pay plan is available for the right leader.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements
2+ Years’ management experience with an automobile company is a must
Proven record with preowned internet automotive sales required
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or employees
Ability to calculate figures and amounts
UCS experience is a plus
Remain organized and focused in a fast paced environment
Possess solid supervisory skills and superior communication and customer service skills
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must be able to pass a drug test, MVR, and criminal background check
