Customer Service Attendant
Job responsibilities consist of:
Meet and greet customers upon their arrival
Assist customers with introduction to Service Advisor
Ensure that the service drive is clear of parked cars
Drive customer vehicles through the Express wash
Test drive customer vehicles when needed
Assist with shuttling customers to work and home
Acknowledge all customers that are in need of assistance
This job requires someone who enjoys helping others and
Understands the value of a customer
A good attitude is a must
Attendance is critical to this role
Team work is essential for our business to succeed
Must be able to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening to include MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), drug screen and criminal background check
Hours will be 7:30 – 4:30 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch
(Hours may vary when other customer attendants are scheduled off)
