We are a growing company and are looking for talented, experienced extended warranty accounting clerk to join our team!
Extended Warranty Accounting Clerk
MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION:
Process extended warranty and insurance products new business contracts
Process the aftermarket products and monthly reconciliation worksheet.
Assist customers and process cancellations; prepare checks for cancellation to customers and lienholders
Maintains the schedules and work the reconciling items on the reconciliations related to extended warranty/insurance.
Compiles with federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information
Other duties that may be assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Prior automotive dealership experience a plus
Must be detailed oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Competent with computers, spreadsheets, and a calculator; willing to learn onsite system
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Organize reports and reconciliations
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must pass drug test and extensive criminal background screening
Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
