Accessories Sales Representative

We currently have an opportunity available for an Accessories Sales Representative. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard.

Accessories Sales

The Automotive Accessories Representative sells new car buyers automotive services, options and accessories. We are looking for the right candidate with an outgoing personality, the ability to both sell and be able to explain features and benefits of accessories available for purchase. In this position, you will be dealing strictly with people in the showroom who have purchased a vehicle and are waiting for the sales process to finalize. You will have the opportunity and are required to speak with each and every new owner while they are waiting to sign contracts.

Eligibility Requirements

• Professional appearance required
• Enthusiasm, strong communication skills, positive attitude, ambition, work ethic, professional conduct, high integrity and dedication to personal improvement
• Must consent to and pass a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR
• Experience in accessories sales is preferred, but not required

Job Duties Include

• Offering services and accessories to customers and providing them with an explanation of accessory products and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
• Creating and maintaining a process with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the Accessories Department
• Training and providing the sales team with information on available accessories opportunities and the benefits of the dealerships extended service programs
• Responsible for Customer Service follow up and appointments
