BDC Representative – Automotive Service

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily BDC department operations
  • Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results
  • Prepare individual “call results reports” for management
  • Record and listen to customer calls
  • Answer calls directed to the parts and service departments
  • Set service appointments
  • Interface with other department heads
  • Participate in dealership management meetings

Skills/Qualifications

  • Successful track record in service department operations, auto dealership business development centers or Internet sales department management
  • The ability to manage high call volumes, servise & parts leads and call lists simultaneously
  • Overall knowledge of automotive service department operations
  • Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems
  • Experience in training teams and individuals preferred

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Dealership BDC experience
  • Must have valid driver license
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Must pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug test, and criminal background check

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies
