Extended Warranty, Dealer Trade, & Wholesale Accounting Clerk
MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION:
Process extended warranty and insurance products new business contracts
Assist customers and process cancellations; prepare checks for cancellation to customers and lienholders
Post dealer trade accounting and processes dealer trade check requests
Process and assign wholesale titling
Collect wholesale receivables
Maintains the schedules related to extended warranty/insurance, dealer trades, and wholesales
Compiles with federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information
Other duties that may be assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Prior automotive dealership experience a plus
Must be detailed oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Competent with computers, spreadsheets, and a calculator; willing to learn onsite system
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Organize reports and reconciliations
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must pass drug test and extensive criminal background screening
Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
