Due to our recent growth we are looking for individuals to fulfill the following positions: Sales Representatives with our Gillman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Company located on 59 South and Beltway 8 in Houston, Texas.
Key Accountability Areas:
1) Input all clients in client management system
2) Follow proven sales process
3) Ensure a superior client experience
4) Follow up with all sold and unsold clients
5) Participate in continuous employee training
Compensation Plan:
1) Commission based
2) Customer Satisfaction bonuses
3) Unit Volume bonuses, Gross bonuses, Fast start bonuses
4) Paid training
5) We pay on Finance reserve and back end products.
6) Paid on sold accessories.

REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Texas driver’s license
Sales license (City of Houston) required
Must be eligible to work in the US
Pass drug test, MVR, and extensive background check
Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
Automotive and/or military experience a plus
