Used Car Internet Sales Manager

Gillman Honda Houston is currently looking for a Used Car Internet Manager. The qualified candidate will share our passion for great customer service, have the ability to deliver a superior customer buying experience and forge long term, repeat business relationships with all our customers.  Gillman offers an extensive benefits program and opportunities for advancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directs and coordinates activities concerned with sale of used automobiles
• Supervises sales people to ensure job is done completely and customers are happy
• Comes up with ideas to build the used car sales business
• Minimizes wholesale loss
• Purchases/directs the purchase of used inventory
• Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
• In charge Building & maintaining a high performance sales team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with an automobile public company preferred, but not required
• Proven record with preowned internet automotive sales preferred
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or employees
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
• UCS experience is a plus
• Remain organized and focused in a fast paced environment
• Possess solid supervisory skills and superior communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual is a real plus
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a drug test, MVR, and background check
