RECEPTIONIST

Receptionist

We currently have an opportunity available for a Night time Receptionist at our Gillman Honda Houston South location. 

The hours are Monday - Friday 4pm - 9 pm and Saturday 9am - 8 pm.

RESPONSBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

• Greet showroom customers
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Direct customers (either in person or over the phone) to appropriate department
• Maintain license plate logs and deliveries
• File all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, etc.
• Copy records as needed
• Dispose of obsolete files in accordance with established retirement schedule or legal requirements
• M-F 8:AM-4:PM, as well as some Saturdays as necessary
• Other duties as assigned by management  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional, clean-cut and self-motivated
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Self-disciplined
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include extensive background check, MVR, and drug screen
