JOB OVERVIEW:
We currently have an opportunity available for a Part-Time Parts Counter person at our Gillman Nissan location.
RESPONSBILITIES:
Assist all customers in selecting required parts and inform them of companion part requirements and specials
Answer phones to provide price quotes and other information
Review body shop estimates for accuracy
Assist parts manager in maintaining inventory on a daily basis
Assist in preparing parts department for annual inventory
Assist outside sales representatives with their orders
Complete all parts transactions internally and with customers
Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special order parts
Coordinate daily shipment, delivery and pick-up of orders
Solicit assigned accounts by phone
REQUIREMENTS:
Parts experience a plus, but not necessary
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Pass drug test and criminal background check
Self-disciplined
Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard.
