Job Description and Qualifications:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business

Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunities through networking, leads, and referrals

Contacting and communicating with new and previous client base

Increase market share by creating HIGH volume of showroom traffic

Ensure customers' expectations are being met throughout the entire process

Recruit Business Development Associates/Sales Associates to maintain a strong sales force

Make a high volume amount of outbound calls

Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of BDC Reps

Set sales appointments for customers and pair with sales advisor

Consistently strive to improve phone skills/product knowledge, and conduct training as necessary

Contact customers to set and confirm appointments

Work with the sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques

Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships

Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Contact management, Outlook, Excel)

Prior BDM experience preferred

Appointment Setting/Personal and Department

Great Communication Skills

Able to multi-task

Bilingual is always a plus!

Team Player

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Texas driver’s license

Must be eligible to work in the US

Pass drug test

Self-disciplined

Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
