Job Description and Qualifications:

Contacting and communicating with new and previous client base.
Make a high volume amount of outbound calls
Set sales appointments for customers and pair with sales advisor
Contact customers to set and confirm appointments
Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Contact management, Outlook, Excel)
Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC a PLUS
Appointment Setting / Telemarketing Experience preferred.
Great Communication Skills
Able to multi-task
Bi-lingual is always a plus!
