With sales volume on the rise, we need a leader with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills, and training abilities.

Job Responsibilities

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in auto dealership management
Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Create a positive sales culture for the team & create a “team winning” atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
Conduct Sales meetings.
Great understanding of social media
Play an active role in the community
Recruiting, training and developing a high - performing sales team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Proven experience as in Automotive Sales Manager
Strong understanding of the auto industry, market trends, and customer preferences.
Excelledn leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieveing and exceeding sales targets.
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug test, and criminal background check
