Body Technician

JOB OVERVIEW:

We currently have an opportunity available for a Body Technician at our Acura location. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard.

Technician Responsibilities:

• Organizes work by reviewing daily requirements; checking and gathering supplies

• Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards and advises management of any additional parts and labor required in order to repair vehicle to pre-loss condition

• Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair  

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading service publications

Technician Qualifications:

• 2+ years or more technician experience preferred

• Must have knowledge in the repair and replacement of vehicle body panels; able to perform frame repairs and replacement of frames rails where applicable.

• Must to able to problem solve, be self-motivated, results driven, quality focus

• Understand equipment maintenance and safety management

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA

• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner

• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include an extensive background check, MVR, and drug test
