Concierge Service and Sales Professional
JOB OVERVIEW:
We currently have opportunities available for a Concierge Service and Sales Professional at our Honda Rosenberg location. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard. The key responsibilities for this position include providing test drives, explaining product performance, and following up with clients to encourage repeat business. We offer an extensive benefits program and opportunities for advancement. Restaurant and Hospitality professionals encouraged to apply. We will train the right individual(s), Bilingual is also plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Dedication to guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
• Providing guest drives.
• Explanation of product performance.
• Attends product, telephone and sales training courses.
• Maintain a follow up system that encourages repeat business and referrals.
• Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pass drug test
• Self-disciplined
• Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard.
• Automotive and/or military experience a plus.
